Classes held at the Tompkins County Public Library every first Tuesday of the month during 2025 from 5:00-630 P.M. Sessions are for people with loved ones who struggle with addictions. Learn mindfulness meditation practices for health, well-being, stress reduction, and being present in life and relationships. There is no charge and you may join us for as many months as you wish.
